We operate the website www.farmlense-analytica.in and various related digital products, tools, analytics platforms, mobile applications, and services that reference these Terms ("Services").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", the "user", farmer, FPO, enterprise user, or visitor) and Farmlense Analytica for your access to and use of our Services.
By accessing or using any Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

Supplemental policies, including our Privacy Policy, product-specific terms, and other notices, are incorporated by reference.

Farmlense Analytica provides digital tools, intelligence, insights, and technology solutions to farmers, FPOs, agri-businesses, government bodies, and ecosystem partners.
Our services may include:

  • FPO enablement & digitisation

  • Market access tools

  • Agronomy insights & advisory

  • Data and analytics dashboards

  • Farm-level intelligence

  • Community and knowledge-sharing features

The Services are intended for use within India. If you access them from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

3 | INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Our Content

All content, tools, analytics, data models, software, logos, trademarks, designs, text, images, and materials available on the Services ("Content") are owned by or licensed to Farmlense Analytica.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise expressly permitted.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, publish, sell, or distribute our Content

  • Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform

  • Use our marks or brand identity without written permission

Any unauthorized use will terminate your rights immediately.

4 | USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using our Services, you represent that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old

  2. The information you provide is accurate

  3. You will not use the Services for unlawful purposes

  4. You will comply with these Terms and applicable Indian laws

We may suspend or terminate your access if we find your information to be false or misleading.

5 | PURCHASE & PAYMENTS 

If you purchase paid features, subscriptions, or value-added services, you agree to provide accurate billing information.

We accept:

  • UPI / Net Banking

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

  • Wallets / Other RBI-approved payment systems

All payments are in INR.

We reserve the right to modify pricing and discontinue any paid service at any time

6 | REFUND & CANCELLATION

Unless explicitly stated, all sales, subscriptions, and platform fees are non-refundable.

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

7 | PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree NOT to:

  • Misuse data, insights, or tools for harmful purposes

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems

  • Harvest or scrape user data without consent

  • Post false, harmful, or unlawful content

  • Pretend to be another individual or organisation

  • Use the platform for political, harmful, or misleading activities

  • Reverse engineer or resell any part of the Service

  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful files

  • Interfere with any agricultural data models or algorithms used in the Service

Any violation may result in account suspension and legal action.

8 | USER GENERATED CONTENT

If the Services allow users (farmers, FPOs, businesses) to post data or content, you acknowledge that:

  • You own or have rights to the content

  • You are responsible for its accuracy

  • Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

9 | CONTRIBUTION LISCENSE

By submitting suggestions, feedback, or content to Farmlense Analytica, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, or publish it for improving the platform.

You will not be compensated for such contributions.

10 | SERVICE MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor the platform for violations

  • Restrict or disable user access

  • Remove harmful or inaccurate content

  • Enforce security measures

  • Update or discontinue any part of the Services

11 | PRIVACY POLICY

Your data privacy is important to us.

By using our Services, you consent to data processing in India as per applicable laws.

12 | TERM AND TERMINATION

We may at any time suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Your actions harm the platform or users

  • We are required by law to do so

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

13 | MODIFY & INTERRUPTIONS
 

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services without notice.We are not liable for downtime, service interruptions, or loss of access.

14 | GOVERNING LAW
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.Jurisdiction lies with the courts of the state where the HQ is located.

15 | DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Resolution

Users must attempt to resolve disputes informally by emailing us at hello@farmlense-analytica.in.

Arbitration

If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be settled through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or update information on the Services at any time

The Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of agricultural insights

  • Future performance of crop recommendations

  • Market prices, yields, weather forecasts, or third-party information

You use the Services at your own discretion.

18 | LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Farmlense Analytica is not liable for:

  • Loss of crops, yield, or revenue

  • Inaccurate agricultural insights

  • Business losses

  • Technical issues or disruptions

  • Unauthorized access to your data

Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.

19 | INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Farmlense Analytica against claims arising from:

  • Your misuse of the platform

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Infringement of third-party rights

  • Harmful actions or content posted by you

20 | USER DATA

We maintain data transmitted through the Services but are not responsible for loss or corruption.You are responsible for backing up your data.

21 | ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS & SIGNATURES

You consent to receiving communications electronically.Electronic agreements and signatures hold the same legal weight as written ones.

22 | MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Farmlense Analytica.
If any part is invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

No partnership or employment relationship is created through your use of the Services.
